SHIPPING

All furniture is made to order unless specified as “In Stock – Ready to Ship”. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be created and dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Currently we only offer UK shipping as standard.

Any international customer please get in contact to discuss worldwide shipping costs.

RETURNS

Great pride is taken in the quality of our furniture. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact eddieolin@rocketmail.com us within 14 days of receiving your order, including a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
